Color stainless steel tube colors include titanium gold, rose gold, champagne gold, sapphire blue, red bronze, green bronze, etc. Colored stainless steel pipes are not simply coated with a layer of color on the surface of the stainless steel pipe to produce colorful colors, but are achieved through a very complex process. At present, the method adopted is mainly the vacuum electroplating coloring method, which forms a transparent chromium oxide film on the surface of the stainless steel tube. The whole process of color processing of stainless steel tube includes two steps of coloring treatment and hard coating treatment.

The coloring treatment of the colored stainless steel pipe is carried out in a hot chromic sulfuric acid solution tank. After the stainless steel pipe is immersed, an oxide film with a thickness of only 0.01mm will be formed on the surface. With the extension of time and the increase of the thickness of the oxide film, the color of the surface of the stainless steel pipe is also changing. When the thickness of the oxide film increases from 0.02mm to 0.045mm, the color of the surface of the stainless steel tube will show blue, gold, red and green in turn.
