Is 304 stainless steel pipe still rust-proof after wire drawing?

304 stainless steel pipe drawing is a kind of metal processing technology, which is a popular surface treatment technology in today's stainless steel industry. Will the stainless steel pipe be embroidered after drawing?
304 stainless steel pipe is a kind of corrosion-resistant steel. The main content is composed of iron, carbon, nickel, chromium and other elements. Chromium can form a chromium-rich protective film on the surface of the stainless steel pipe, thereby preventing the stainless steel pipe from further oxidation and rust. After the stainless steel pipe is drawn, the chromium-rich protective film on the surface is destroyed, and the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel pipe is therefore reduced, and it is easy to rust.
Then the stainless steel tube is still anti-rust after drawing? The anti-rust effect is still there, but the performance is indeed lower than that of the ordinary bright tube. The common surface treatment of stainless steel pipe is divided into bright surface and matt surface. The brushed matte surface is more wear-resistant than the ordinary bright surface of stainless steel, and it looks more advanced, which is deeply loved by the public. However, the corrosion resistance of the brushed stainless steel pipe will be relatively reduced. If it is not properly maintained, it will be more healthy than the bright pipe. The possibility of rust is much higher.
Although 304 stainless steel pipe has certain corrosion resistance and rust effect after drawing treatment, try not to use it in exposed places. If it is used indoors, it is not only beautiful, but also in indoor environment, rust prevention is sufficient. Pay attention to maintenance when you go outdoors. Rub anti-rust oil on the stainless steel pipe regularly, and take care not to damage the surface of the stainless steel pipe. Do not use corrosive cleaning fluids to scrub stainless steel pipes. Generally, clean water is sufficient. This can well protect the surface of the stainless steel pipe.
